Job summary

JLL in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Smart City IT Lead Consultant to drive the review and enhancement of citywide enterprise architecture, aligning technology vision with delivery across enterprise IT, smart city platforms and programme stakeholders.

You will define integration patterns, governance and capability models, drawing on TOGAF or Zachman, with 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture in large programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture within large-scale city/government programmes or complex corporate environments.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into technical delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and assessment of enterprise and citywide architecture frameworks (TOGAF-aligned).
• Define and evaluate integration architectures across IT systems, data platforms, and city-enabled apps.
• Map and optimize business processes to technology capability stacks; establish governance and review mechanisms.
