Job summary

Propel Consult is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a full-time position in infrastructure design.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of mixed-use developments, retail, and housing projects, along with proficiency in relevant design software and local regulations.

Minimum 15 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering are required, with a Master's degree preferred. Leadership and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years experience in infrastructure design within a design consultancy.
• Proven experience on mixed-use developments, retail centres and residential housing projects.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership (ICE, IStructE or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and design codes.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals.
