Role Overview

Lead the Gen AI team in Riyadh as a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer, guiding a talented group of engineers in building end‑to‑end AI‑powered products. You will design scalable systems, mentor developers and ensure technical excellence across our AI and gaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of full‑stack engineers working on GenAI products and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and AI engineers to define technical strategy and execution plans.
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback and uphold engineering best practices.
• Guide the team in architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Drive sprint planning, task prioritisation and delivery of high‑impact features.

Technical Responsibilities

• Architect and build end‑to‑end full‑stack applications that integrate AI capabilities, data visualization and game operations.
• Design and implement robust backend services using Node.js, Python/FastAPI and responsive frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that connect AI/ML pipelines with production systems.
• Ensure secure authentication, authorisation and data integrity across applications.
• Oversee cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), containerised environments (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a team‑leadership role with direct management skills.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue or Angular).
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Python or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), container orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation.
• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and mentorship abilities.
• Proactive mindset, capable of owning projects end‑to‑end while fostering team growth and collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, LLM integration or GenAI applications.
• Experience with real‑time data and WebSocket‑based applications.
• Hands‑on knowledge of data‑visualisation libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js).
• Prior experience in the gaming industry or with game development tools.
• Contributions to open‑source or internal developer tooling.
• Familiarity with serverless functions and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
