Job summary

Havelock One is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and execute on-site fit-out activities, ensuring safety, timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution and successful handover.

The role requires strong leadership, fluency in reading drawings, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project to maintain detailed schedules and site reports while enforcing HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in the fit-out industry.
• Proven track record with reputable fit-out contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (shop drawings, IFC).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities as per drawings and specs.
• Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to foremen and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare work programs and project schedules (MS Project).
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections and approvals.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe working practices.
• Manage handover and close-out activities.
