Job summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily fa ade installation activities on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

The role requires basic understanding of construction drawings, HSE and quality requirements, and strong teamwork to coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or site-related work.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site activities.
• Basic knowledge of HSE and quality requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and learn fa ade installation and construction practices.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the supervision of daily fa ade installation activities according to approved drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower, and materials.
• Assist with site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure activities are completed as planned.
• Check that fa ade components are installed according to shop drawings and approved methods.
• Support HSE and quality requirements including safety checks and identification of site issues.
• Report technical, material, or installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Maintain basic records of daily progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Support the team in checking completed works and following up on defect rectification.
