Job summary

Client of AIQU in Medina seeks a Senior AI Architecture Lead to drive the technical architecture and solution design for enterprise AI initiatives. You will mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and collaborate with customers to gather requirements and present designs for successful delivery.

You will oversee fine-tuning, deployment, and performance optimization of large language models, work with data engineering, DevOps and product management, and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of enterprise AI architecture and delivery experience.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, NLP and large-scale systems.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Azure ML).
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and solution design for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a team of AI/ML engineers.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and present designs.
• Oversee fine-tuning, deployment, and performance optimization of LLMs.
