You will mentor engineers, set elite coding standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration to turn business requirements into scalable, production-ready systems.

Lead and inspire a team focused on LangGraph-based conversational flows and Agentic AI orchestration, ensuring delivery milestones align with client objectives and industry best practices.

Competenze

Deep hands-on experience with LangGraph for conversational flows.
Proven track record with multi-agent orchestration and complex workflow automation.
Advanced Python with knowledge of AI/ML libraries.
Leadership experience guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Mansioni
