Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in software engineering.
• 5+ years in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Expert Python backend development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks.
• Production-grade AI deployments and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI solutions with modern LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Architect multi-agent systems for planning, reasoning, tool usage, and orchestration.
• Build RAG platforms integrating structured and unstructured data.
• Design scalable APIs and AI services using Python and backend frameworks.
• Implement evaluation for LLM quality, safety, and performance.
• Optimize AI apps for latency, throughput and cost.
• Deploy and manage open-source LLMs in production.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, and DevOps.
• Ensure enterprise security, governance and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor teams and contribute to AI best practices.
