Responsibilities
- Lead application-specific functional design, configuration, and solution implementation.
- Translate business requirements into workflows, forms, permissions, reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
- Validate product suitability and recommend best-fit configuration approaches aligned with business needs.
- Resolve complex functional issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting and support.
- Define and enforce configuration standards, governance practices, and release acceptance criteria.
- Support testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Lead end-user, administrator, and super-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and operating procedures.
