Job summary

ASSYSTEM seeks an experienced consultant for application configuration and governance across multiple enterprise platforms. The role involves translating business needs into workflows, implementing configurations, and ensuring successful deployment and post‑go-live support.

Ideal candidates will lead platform setup, provide end-user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation, aligning with project governance and data exchange across connected systems.

• Support testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Lead end-user, administrator, and super-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and operating procedures.

Job Description

• Nominate product-specific consultants across Oracle PMIS, Synchro 4D, Autodesk Forma, Autodesk AEC, Revizto, Bluebeam, Fuzor, Solibri, ArcGIS Enterprise, cost/risk management platforms, and digital twin/enterprise applications.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in product configuration, administration, troubleshooting, integrations, and user support.
• Lead platform setup, functional configuration, governance, and operational support activities.
• Deliver end-user, administrator, and super-user training, including knowledge transfer and adoption support.
• Support system integrations, data exchange workflows, and interface management across connected platforms.
• Provide multiple specialist consultants where a single candidate cannot demonstrate the required product coverage.
• Identify and maintain future onboarding capability for Primavera OPC and Navatech, recognizing these as future-state requirements rather than immediate service delivery needs.
