Job summary

Assystem is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead functional design, configuration, and solution implementation across multiple platforms. The role requires translating complex business needs into workflows, reports and dashboards while ensuring governance and release criteria are met.

The candidate will resolve advanced functional issues, support testing and deployment, and deliver comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to users and admins.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into workflows, forms, permissions, reports, dashboards and system configurations.
• Ability to validate product suitability and propose best-fit configuration approaches.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities.
• Experience in leading end-user and administrator training and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to define governance and release acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead application-specific functional design, configuration, and solution implementation.
• Translate business requirements into workflows, forms, permissions, reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
• Validate product suitability and recommend best-fit configuration approaches aligned with business needs.
• Resolve complex functional issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting and support.
• Define and enforce configuration standards, governance practices, and release acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Lead end-user, administrator, and super-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and operating procedures.
• Lead platform setup, functional configuration, governance, and operational support activities.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer, including adoption support.
• Support system integrations, data exchange workflows, and interface management across connected platforms.
• Identify and provide specialist consultants to cover required product coverage.
• Plan for future onboarding capabilities for Primavera OPC and Navatech.

• Lead application-specific functional design, configuration, and solution implementation.

• Nominate product-specific consultants across Oracle PMIS, Synchro 4D, Autodesk Forma, Autodesk AEC, Revizto, Bluebeam, Fuzor, Solibri, ArcGIS Enterprise, cost/risk management platforms, and digital twin/enterprise applications.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in product configuration, administration, troubleshooting, integrations, and user support.
• Lead platform setup, functional configuration, governance, and operational support activities.li>
• Deliver end-user, administrator, and super-user training, including knowledge transfer and adoption support.
• Support system integrations, data exchange workflows, and interface management across connected platforms.
• Provide multiple specialist consultants where a single candidate cannot demonstrate the required product coverage.
• Identify and maintain future onboarding capability for Primavera OPC and Navatech, recognizing these as future-state requirements rather than immediate service delivery needs.
