Job summary

Setec offers an on-site Design Coordinator / Design Project Manager role in the Jeddah-Makkah region to lead multidisciplinary design coordination across civil, transportation, structural engineering and related disciplines.

You will act as Setec’s on-site representative, coordinating technical activities and managing stakeholder interfaces to ensure seamless collaboration with project partners and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines in complex projects.
• Proven track record in managing design coordination and project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously within multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design scope across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Act as the main interface between Setec and project stakeholders.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Consolidate and communicate project requirements to engineering teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely design outputs and deliverables.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration and design integration.
• Prepare technical updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder management activities for Setec’s services.
• Develop relationships with public and private sector stakeholders in Jeddah and Makkah.
