Job summary

Enso Arabia for conferences & exhibitions in Riyadh is expanding its multidisciplinary design studio. We seek designers who think first, then execute, and who can frame concepts into engaging narratives and audience journeys for live events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on event design, a strong portfolio across events, and the ability to lead concepts while collaborating with specialists across disciplines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on experience designing events, conferences or live experiences.
• Strong portfolio showing event-related work beyond branding or renders.
• Ability to contribute to concept, narrative and experience design.
• Able to explain ideas clearly and defend design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and identify central creative opportunities.
• Develop original concepts for live events, activations and immersive experiences.
• Turn concepts into clear narratives, audience journeys and structures.
• Build mood boards, references, storylines and visual directions.
• Explain ideas in internal reviews and client presentations.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams across disciplines.
• Brief or direct specialists outside your discipline.
• Maintain core concept strength from proposal to execution.
• Balance feasibility, budget and production realities with creative ambition.
