Job summary

Jobstronaut invites an experienced Project Manager to lead Building Management System (BMS) projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires steering initiatives from initiation through completion with multidisciplinary teams to meet safety, quality, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, a minimum of 10 years of PM experience in BMS/HVAC or related systems, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in BMS/HVAC or related building systems.
• PMP certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BMS projects, including planning, scheduling, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, progress and cost reports.
• Ensure activities comply with quality, safety, and procedural standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Conduct meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and mitigations.
• Handle change orders, variations, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
