Job summary

Jacobs in Saudi Arabia seeks an AVL Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Audio, Visual and Lighting systems on flagship developments. You will oversee design, procurement, installation, testing and handover, while managing budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholders across complex interfaces.

The role requires 10+ years' AVL delivery experience, strong leadership, and fluent English. Experience in the Middle East is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' AVL delivery, design, or project management on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AVL package delivery from design through handover.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, risk and resources for AVL packages.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Review design deliverables, shop drawings, schedules and specs.
• Ensure AVL interfaces with architectural, MEP, IT, and show control disciplines.
