Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks a senior AV & Lighting Package Manager to lead design, implementation and delivery for entertainment and theme park projects. You will drive strategy, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

This leadership role requires 15+ years in AV and lighting, strong knowledge of systems and control techniques, and a proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery. Relocation to Riyadh may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, AV Engineering or Lighting Design.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in AV and lighting management with entertainment/theme parks experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale AV and lighting projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting design, control systems and integration techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to AV and lighting systems.

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced AV & Lighting Package Manager specialized in Entertainment and Theme Park projects to lead and oversee all aspects of audio-visual and lighting systems design, implementation, and management. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality AV and lighting solutions that enhance guest experiences in entertainment venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AV and lighting design, engineering, and implementation processes for entertainment and theme park projects.
• Develop project strategies and manage resources to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of AV and lighting systems.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends in AV and lighting, especially within entertainment and theme park contexts.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and high performance.
