Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia seeks a Pavement Lead Engineer to head pavement design review, coordination, construction support, and QA for a major airport and airfield project. The role requires leadership across a multi-disciplinary team to ensure on-time delivery of pavement assets.

You will oversee runways, taxiways, aprons, and service roads, ensure ICAO/FAA compliance, evaluate materials, and guide multi-disciplinary teams through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in airport pavement design and rehabilitation.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across lifecycle phases.
• Strong knowledge of pavement materials and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead pavement engineering activities for airport airfield infrastructure and landside developments.
• Provide technical leadership to pavement engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Establish pavement engineering priorities, reviews, and quality requirements.
• Ensure deliverables align with project objectives and standards.
• Review pavement designs for runways, taxiways, aprons, and service roads.
• Coordinate with airfield lighting, drainage, and utilities for interfaces.
