Parsons is seeking a Field Engineer - Pavement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support and supervise airfield pavement works on a major runway development. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in pavement engineering and strong knowledge of relevant construction standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pavement engineering or site supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt and concrete pavement construction, materials, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with pavement design and construction standards including ICAO, FAA, AASHTO, and ASTM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site pavement construction activities including subgrade preparation and asphalt paving.
• Ensure pavements are constructed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for compliance and testing.
