Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required for regulatory licensing.
• 3–5 years of lead/supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule site personnel to weekly shift patterns.
• Direct inventory control and local logistics.
• Schedule preventive maintenance on systems during overnight holds.
• May perform onboard maintenance and fill-in for absent employees.
• Hire, train, supervise, and appraise direct reports.
