The Supervisor, Maintenance Services is responsible for leading and overseeing daily line station maintenance operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services on aircraft equipped with Panasonic Avionics systems. The role is accountable for the successful dispatch of all overnight aircraft with 100% seat functionality at departure, supporting Panasonic Avionics' commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
As seat functionality guarantees are a critical component of Panasonic Avionics Maintenance Services, effective workforce planning, scheduling, and supervision of site personnel are essential to meeting operational objectives and customer expectations. The Supervisor will work closely with airline customers, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure service commitments are consistently achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
As part of our ongoing growth plans, we are seeking a qualified candidate with expected onboarding to commence from December 2026.
