Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company seeks a Senior Landscape Architect to lead large-scale landscape design projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, develop detailed drawings and renderings, and ensure compliance with Saudi codes and sustainability standards.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and manage budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality environments aligned with Vision 2030 goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 8+ years of professional landscape architecture experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong planting design, hardscape knowledge and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Professional registration or licensure as a Landscape Architect is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of landscape architecture projects that contribute to creating sustainable, functional, and visually compelling environments aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of large-scale landscape architecture projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, urban planners, engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations for client and stakeholder review.
• Oversee the site analysis, including evaluation of existing conditions, site constraints, and environmental impact assessments.
• Ensure all landscape architecture work complies with local codes, sustainability standards, and best industry practices.
• Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and designers, fostering professional growth.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes to ensure successful project delivery.
