Job Vacancy: Land Surveyor – Saudi National Only (Mandatory)

The company is seeking to hire a professional Land Surveyor to join its ongoing projects, Saudi nationality.

Job Title: Land Surveyor

Required Nationality: Saudi Only

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out topographic land surveying before, during, and after construction works.
• Set out axes, levels, and reference points for buildings and infrastructure works.
• Verify that executed works on site comply with approved drawings.
• Operate Total Station, leveling instruments, and surveying GPS equipment efficiently.
• Prepare surveying layouts and as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Detect any surveying deviations or conflicts and report them immediately to project management.
• Prepare daily and weekly surveying reports and document all measurements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP engineers.
• Ensure accuracy and periodic calibration of surveying instruments.
• Comply with health and safety procedures during site works.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Saudi nationality (mandatory requirement).
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
• Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Full proficiency in using Total Station equipment and related software.
• Strong ability to read architectural, structural, and infrastructure drawings.
• Good knowledge of preparing as-built drawings and post-construction surveys.
• Ability to work on-site, handle work pressure, and meet project schedules.
