Job summary

A Land Surveyor is sought in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to perform boundary surveys, measure elevations, and analyze data from surveying instruments.

The successful candidate will interpret maps and documents, prepare sketches, and produce legal land descriptions while complying with local regulations. A degree in Surveying or Engineering and at least 3 years' experience are required; CAD skills are desirable.

Open to foreigners; willing to travel and work outdoors under various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Degree in surveying or engineering-related field with at least 3 years of practical land surveying experience.
• Experience with CAD software desirable.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform surveys to measure and determine boundaries and analyze data from surveying instruments.
• Interpret maps, aerial photographs, field notes and other documents to measure distances, angles, elevations.
• Prepare legal descriptions of land, research boundary laws, and prepare sketches of survey results.
