Pansoft Technologies LLC in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant. You will design, configure, and maintain payroll solutions across KSA/UAE and GCC regions, aligning with local laws and WPS/Mudad/SIF requirements.

The role involves requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll design across functional and technical domains and collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on with KSA/UAE payroll regulations and WPS/Mudad/SIF.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations for KSA/ GCC regions.
• Configure payroll elements, calendars, and balance feeds across multiple countries.
• Develop and test Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL templates, and extracts for regulatory reporting.
• Provide post-go-live support and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
