Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Government Relations professional in Riyadh to manage daily online transactions, licensing, and regulatory interactions for the KSA Commercial Government Relations function. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and various government departments to ensure timely processing of permits, licenses, and related documents.

You will handle inquiries, maintain trackers, and ensure compliant processes across GCC jurisdictions as needed, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• University diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with Retail, F&B or Hospitality experience.
• Strong knowledge of KSA Company law, business/regulatory requirements for commercial operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Arabic native proficiency; English proficiency would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate GR service requests from internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with departments on permits, licenses, and related CGR transactions.
• Handle inquiries and maintain effective communications with stakeholders.
• Liaise with Government Departments and update business units on regulatory changes.
• Process online transactions and payments on government portals.
• Maintain trackers and close job requests in CGR system.
• Maintain documents for future reference and ECM filing.
• Contribute to CGR process improvements and internal policy adherence.
• Collaborate with ATI units to clarify requirements and obtain approvals.
