Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh seeks a Non-Management hospitality team member to support food and beverage operations. Duties include dish washing, cleaning, receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining sanitation standards across kitchen and store areas.

Key responsibilities focus on safety, quality, teamwork, and asset protection; lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and following all company policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in the dish area and kitchen.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
• Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes.
• Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, re-scrub and re-wash as needed.
• Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove residue.
• Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware.
• Break down dirty bus tubs and empty trash; maintain dumpster area.
• Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments; dispose of glass correctly.
• Break down cardboard and recycle other materials.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report issues to manager; complete safety trainings.
• Protect company assets; speak with others clearly and professionally; foster positive relationships.
• Move, lift/carry/push/pull objects up to 50 pounds; stand or walk for long periods; reach and bend as required.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
