Job summary

Job Overview

To support the effective organization, preparation, and management of all kit and equipment for the First Team, ensuring players and staff are consistently provided with the highest standards of service for training, matchdays, and travel.

Job Responsibilities
Operational Support
  • Prepare and print all training and match kit for players and staff, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate the packing of all kit and equipment for fixtures, training camps, and travel, ensuring all items are accounted for and checked.
  • Manage the packing and organization of player and staff footwear for matches and trips where required.
  • Support the allocation and distribution of training, match, and travel kit to all players and staff.
  • Assist in seasonal kit transitions, including end‑of‑season collection and new season distribution.
  • Support stock control processes, including stock takes and maintaining accurate records using the Club’s inventory system.
  • Assist in the laundry, storage, and general maintenance of all kit and equipment to ensure high presentation standards.
Matchday & Training Support
  • Support the transportation and logistics of kit and equipment for home, away, and international fixtures.
  • Attend First Team matches to assist with matchday kit operations and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Attend training sessions to ensure all kit and equipment is prepared, available, and set up in advance.
  • Work closely with coaching, medical, performance, operations, and commercial staff to meet daily operational needs.
Other
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism within all kit and storage areas.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of kit operations and processes.
  • Undertake any other duties as required by the Kit Manager or relevant line manager.
