Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking an Explorer Team Leader to support the Explorer Manager in supervising the Explorers Kids Club and children’s activity programming.

You will lead on-the-floor, coach Explorer Agents, ensure child safety, maintain appropriate ratios, and deliver engaging, culturally inspired experiences for families at this luxury resort.

This role requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and hands-on involvement in daily activities and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
• High school diploma required; childcare, education, hospitality, or supervisory certifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Explorers team and deliver high-quality service.
• Act as shift leader in absence of the Explorer Manager.
• Coaching and safety compliance in daily activities.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest interactions.
• Organize age-appropriate activities and events.
