Job summary

Alkhorayef Petroleum Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to support Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) projects across design, manufacturing, assembly and testing to ensure compliance with codes and customer specs.

You will maintain ESP project files, assist BOM accuracy, and apply Six Sigma tools while collaborating with R&D to scale prototypes into production. Strong English and ERP proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required or preferred.
• Oil and gas experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Good command of English and strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of Codes and Standards applicable to ESP product line.
• Support to prepare and maintain ESP project files for sales orders and customer specifications.
• Provide engineering support through manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
• Identify methods to reduce product cost while improving quality.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are correct, efficient and applicable.
• Assist BOM accuracy and update as needed; ensure work instructions followed and processes improved.
• Lead prototype and testing within R&D New Product Introduction and coordinate with R&D and Manufacturing for commercialization.
