Job summary

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking motivated Junior Site Engineers to join our contracting and construction team on a structured graduate development path. You will support senior engineers in supervising site works, monitoring subcontractors and maintaining site records while gaining practical experience on major building projects.

The role requires a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree, 0–3 years’ experience, and readiness to work on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Saudi Council of Engineers membership or eligibility.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Willingness to work on site and learn on the job.
• Good communication in Arabic and English.
• Commitment, discipline and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities under the direction of the Senior Site Engineer.
• Check that works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower, equipment and daily progress and record them in site reports.
• Prepare inspection requests and attend inspections with the QA/QC engineer.
• Assist in quantity take-off and verification of executed works.
• Maintain site records, photos and daily logs.
• Follow site safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in training and rotation across different site activities as assigned.
