Job summary

Blacklane in Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented operations trainer to support chauffeur partners, ensuring safe, high-quality guest experiences. You will coordinate training activities, assist with quality checks, and translate materials into English and Arabic.

You will work closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional partners, analyze performance trends, and contribute to ongoing improvements. The role offers an international environment and a clear path for growth within

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, training coordination, quality assurance, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Fluency in English and native level Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and structured workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and coordination of chauffeur training programs in KSA.
• Help prepare and update training materials in English and Arabic across key chauffeur competency areas.
• Coordinate training sessions, attendance tracking, and follow-up actions with chauffeurs and operational partners.
• Work directly with chauffeurs in the field to support practical training and reinforce service standards.
• Assist with quality audits, spot checks, and follow-up documentation.
• Review performance trends and operational feedback to identify recurring quality gaps.
• Share observations and improvement ideas with the team to strengthen training content and quality processes.

As part of the KSA Operations team, you will support our chauffeur partners in delivering a safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience. In this role, you will help maintain Blacklane’s training and quality standards in KSA by coordinating training activities, supporting quality checks, and using operational feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

ABOUT YOU:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, training coordination, quality assurance, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment.
• A clear commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering high service standards.
• An interest in operational execution and field-based work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Confidence working with data in a practical way to spot trends and support decisions.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse groups.
• The ability to give clear guidance, provide constructive feedback, and build positive working relationships.
• Fluency in English and Native level Arabic.
• A willingness to learn, take ownership of your area, and grow within a dynamic operations environment.
