Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance in Saudi Arabia is seeking an entry-level apprentice to support supplier management by placing purchase orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

You will act as focal point to consolidate data related to main suppliers, participate in cross-functional teams, and help teams adopt new ways of working while upholding compliance and integrity.

Place Purchase Orders according to the Purchase Request on behalf of the commodity.

Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch first level of corrective and preventive actions.

Manage inventory and order management expressed with the suppliers.

Act as focal point to consolidate data related to main Suppliers.

Develop cross-functional team working.

Understand the human aspect of change to accompany the teams in implementing new ways of working.
