Job summary

Bayut | dubizzle is offering a Trainee Legal Coordinator position under the Tamheer program in Riyadh. The role supports the Legal Department by handling administrative and legal tasks, drafting and organizing documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

The trainee will gain practical experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal research while developing familiarity with standard corporate legal practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.
• Maintain legal files and ensure proper document management.
• Coordinate contract approvals.
• Support the Legal Department in regulatory compliance activities.
• Conduct basic legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and maintain legal trackers.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
• Support policy and procedure documentation.
• Perform other administrative and legal support tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.
