Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer - Project Development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on applying core engineering principles, CAD/CAE work, and coordination across disciplines to support project development and delivery across stages of major civil infrastructure projects.

The developing engineer will gain exposure to project controls, procurement, and construction management while building practical experience under skilled mentors. Saudi National applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Saudi National as specified for the position.

Responsibilities

• Apply fundamental engineering principles to projects and calculations.
• Assist senior engineers with design reviews and calculations.
• Support preparation and review of drawings and technical information.
• Use CAD/CAE tools to support analyses and drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective project delivery.
• Develop familiarity with project specifications and procedures.
• Support documentation and reporting for project records.
