Taiba Consulting Company seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Jeddah office's development, with a market-facing focus on business development inside Jeddah and support from head office on technical delivery and administration.

The role carries broad operational responsibility in the startup phase, spanning commercial, technical, and administrative duties, with a plan to narrow as the team grows; strong local market knowledge and adaptability are essential here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in business development, client-facing, or managerial roles within engineering consultancy.
• Experience in Jeddah market and local client relationships.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win new work.
• Ability to work across multiple functions in a small, growing office.
• Self-directed, independent yet reports to head office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Grow the client base in Jeddah across government, developer, contractor, and private clients.
• Develop and maintain business relationships on behalf of the company.
• Actively pursue new opportunities and convert them into signed work.
• Monitor tenders and coordinate submissions with head office.
• Prepare and follow up on prequalification documents, proposals, and client presentations.
• Handle branch correspondence, client registrations, and portal submissions.
• Oversee branch operations and project delivery, and supervise branch staff.
• Follow up on invoicing and collections with clients.
• Step in directly on project and administrative work as needed, particularly in the branch's early stages.
• Report to head office on pipeline, performance, and forecasts.
