Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting is seeking an IT Support Technician to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktops, laptops and peripherals in a corporate setting. You will install and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, and optimize performance while ensuring security configurations and timely updates.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on IT support, proficiency in Windows and macOS, with Linux knowledge a plus and a focus on reliable VPN and network connectivity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate or educational settings.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS; basic Linux knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and applications to optimize performance.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, patches and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including Wi-Fi, Ethernet and VPN to ensure reliable access.
