Techvisions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a digital transformation initiative. The role focuses on ERP implementations, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring on‑time delivery.

You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships while maintaining governance standards and alignment between business needs and technical delivery. PMP is preferred.

Formación

• 5–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven ERP implementation or digital transformation project experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Oracle ERP migration or implementation experience is a strong advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage a digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, ERP implementations, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through implementation, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
• Oversee testing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ensure project delivery in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Oracle ERP migration or implementation experience is a strong advantage.
