Job summary

Techvisions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a digital transformation initiative. The role focuses on ERP implementations, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring on‑time delivery.

You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships while maintaining governance standards and alignment between business needs and technical delivery. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven ERP implementation or digital transformation project experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Oracle ERP migration or implementation experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
• Oversee testing, data migration, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ensure project delivery in accordance with timelines, quality standards and governance frameworks.
