Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an IT PMO Manager in Jeddah to structure, monitor, and enhance project governance across value streams. You will drive planning, reporting, risk management, and operational excellence to enable leadership to make informed decisions and secure delivery commitments.

The role requires leading governance, planning, and continuous improvement across multiple teams, with a strong focus on data quality and stakeholder alignment in a global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in PMO, project, or program support roles.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
• Structure planning cycles, milestones, and execution follow-up.
• Consolidate and track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
