Job summary

J-B | جيبي is seeking an experienced IT Networking & Security Manager to oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity operations. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable technology services aligned with business needs.

You will design secure on-premises and cloud architectures, supervise security controls such as SIEM and firewalls, and lead cross-functional projects while guiding teams to maintain high service quality and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• 6–10 years in IT infrastructure and security with network security expertise.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and security controls.
• Experience with security solutions in cloud environments and in-house operations.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced IT Networking & Security Manager to join our team and oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity controls.
• Participate in designing and implementing secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Ensure security requirements are integrated into IT projects and system implementations.
• Oversee the administration and effectiveness of IT security controls and solutions, including SIEM, PAM, NAC, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Manage technology risks, security findings, regulatory compliance, and remediation activities.
• Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
• Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with strong expertise in network security and IT security controls.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, network security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT security governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements, including SAMA, NCA, and PCI DSS.
• Experience with security solutions, cloud environments, and infrastructure operations.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, or Security+ are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
