Job summary

Trivers in Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT Manager to oversee all information technology functions across Real Estate operations, shaping IT strategy and coordinating infrastructure, security, and vendor partnerships. You will lead IT staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, reliable systems including Active Directory, Odoo ERP, and Microsoft 365, while delivering high-quality support to all employees.

This role requires 6–10 years of progressive IT experience, a degree in IT or related field,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of progressive IT experience in IT operations, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and outsourced partners.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure cost efficiency across technology operations.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality technical support to all employees.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and security requirements.
• Oversee and ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across company systems.
