Rotana is seeking an IT Officer to manage and safeguard the organization’s IT infrastructure across hardware, software, networks, and security systems. The role includes installing systems, resolving issues, and training users to leverage new technologies.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT (certifications a plus) and proven experience in IT operations, network security, server management, and vendor coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus.
• Proven work experience as an IT Officer or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Installing and configuring computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
• Ensuring data security and implementing security measures to protect the organization’s information.
• Providing technical support to users and training them on new technologies.
• Managing IT vendors and service providers.
