Job summary

TAWANTECH is seeking an IT Demand Manager to establish a structured pipeline for IT demand within the organization. The role covers technology-driven demand including infra upgrades, architecture initiatives, technical debt remediation, platform and tooling needs, software licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience establishing or operating IT demand management, portfolio management, technology planning, or governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Capture and classify all internally initiated IT demand in a central demand pipeline.
• Assess qualified demand against strategy, value, risk, cost, benefits and urgency.
• Coordinate input from Architecture, Finance, Security, Risk, Procurement and Capacity Manager.
• Prepare recommendations for IT prioritization forums and align with roadmaps and budgets.
• Track demand status and produce dashboards and management reporting.
