Job summary

TAWANTECH is seeking an IT Capacity Manager in Riyadh to establish and maintain an integrated view of capacity across workforce, infrastructure, licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services.

You will forecast demand, validate capacity, and provide recommendations to support prioritization, sourcing, and investment decisions across IT. The role requires collaboration with IT finance, procurement, HR, and external providers, ensuring data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT capacity planning or related experience.
• Experience in at least one capacity domain (workforce, infrastructure, software licenses, cloud services, or Managed Services).
• Knowledge of capacity baselining, forecasting, utilization analysis, and scenario modelling.
• Experience with software license entitlement or compliance management.
• Ability to consolidate information across multiple capacity domains into management recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a consolidated view of total, allocated, committed, and available capacity across domains.
• Forecast capacity for projects, transformation programs, and operations.
• Validate demand capacity before prioritization and identify gaps.
• Coordinate capacity reviews with Service Leads and capacity owners.
• Produce capacity dashboards and management recommendations.
• Lead quarterly capacity re-planning and adjust allocations.
