Job summary

adesso GCC is seeking an IT Delivery Manager/IT Program Delivery Lead to orchestrate multiple IT initiatives across the organization in Riyadh. You will align business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 5+ years in IT project delivery, experience in enterprise environments, and strong stakeholder management, with exposure to Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models.

Qualifications

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager/ IT Program Delivery Lead to join our fast-paced, self-managed delivery organization. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of multiple IT initiatives across the organization, ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners, with clear visibility on progress, risks, dependencies and priorities.

What will you do?

• Oversee multiple parallel IT projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and handover.
• Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors and external delivery partners.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of delivery blockers.
• Maintain consolidated project status and provide regular management reporting.
• Support prioritization and resource coordination across ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical teams and project outcomes.
• Monitor vendor commitments, deliverables and overall delivery performance.
• Support project governance, change management and delivery standards.
• Drive projects toward agreed scope, timeline, quality and budget.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery, including management of multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong experience working in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Insurance experience is highly preferred. Solid understanding of application development, enterprise applications, system integrations, data/BI, databases and infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Experience managing both internal teams and third-party technology vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT and management levels.
• Practical experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong communication, reporting, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
