Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT management experience.
• Fluent in Hindi with strong communication skills.
• Biometric passport preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of networks, security and data protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Manage company network infrastructure (servers, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Oversee installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
• Lead and evaluate IT team performance.
• Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements.
