Job summary

The IT Application Manager at اوقاف للادارة والخدمات العقارية will drive the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and operational excellence of all business-critical software applications supporting property management, leasing, and facilities operations.

You will lead a cross-functional team of ERP analysts, developers, and external consultants, oversee SDLC, data integration, and security, and partner with C-suite to translate business goals into technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• MBA/IT Management degree is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile Scrum Master desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise application strategy aligned with business growth.
• Lead research, selection, and vetting of real estate software solutions (PMS, CRM, ERP, BI).
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and licensing with software vendors; manage governance.
• Define data architecture, API integrations, and middleware for seamless data flow.
• Oversee full SDLC for custom builds and drive uptime, security, and process automation.
