Job summary

Imploy seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function for a Manufacturing & Trading Group preparing for IPO in Saudi Arabia. The role reports to the CEO and covers IFRS reporting, treasury, budgeting, and governance across multi-entity operations in the GCC.

Ideal candidate has 10–25 years of finance leadership, 5+ years as CFO, and hands-on experience with SAP ERP, group consolidation, and IPO readiness. Saudi market knowledge strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• Professional certifications (CPA/ACCA/CMA/SOCPA) preferred.
• 10–25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 5 years in CFO or senior finance leadership, manufacturing/trading exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance operations across multiple entities.
• Oversee IFRS financial reporting, consolidation, and governance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and funding.
• Ensure IPO readiness and coordination with external advisors.
