Job summary

Aroma City Group seeks a Finance Manager for heavy manufacturing in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Based in Dammam, you will drive financial strategy, cost accounting, ERP optimization, and treasury operations.

You will guide IPO readiness, ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, and coordinate with Aramco standards. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee finance teams, deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports, and lead strategic financial planning and capital allocation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of financial leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in steel, pipe, or heavy metal fabrication is a plus.
• IPO readiness experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and IPO readiness for the facility.
• Oversee cost accounting, manufacturing cost systems, and variance analysis.
• Manage financial planning, governance, and regulatory compliance for IPO listing.
