Job summary

MoonTech is seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to support fundraising and investor communications in a part-time capacity. You will manage investor workflows, maintain our CRM, and ensure smooth collaboration between leadership, financial advisors, and prospective investors.

You will track pipelines, organize documents, and help prepare investor materials, briefs, and regular updates for backers. Strong English communication, detail orientation, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Prior experience in investor relations or fundraising workflows preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and document management.

MoonTech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Coordinator to support our fundraising and investor communications. In this part-time role, you will be dedicated solely to managing investor workflows, maintaining our CRM, and ensuring seamless communication between leadership, financial advisors, and prospective investors.

Responsibilities:

• Investor Operations & Workflows: Track and manage day-to-day investor pipelines, maintaining clean records in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to log interactions, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact between MoonTech leadership, legal/finance advisors, and external investors to align on meeting schedules and document requests.
• Materials & Documentation: Help organize, update, and maintain pitch decks, data rooms, investment briefs, and regular updates for current and prospective backers.
• Investor Communications: Facilitate clear, professional email correspondence with prospects, ensuring incoming inquiries are answered promptly and accurately.
• Reporting Support: Assist in compiling data and insights on investor interactions to keep leadership aligned on fundraising progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience or strong familiarity with investor relations, fundraising workflows, or executive coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and document management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fast learner who can operate independently in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
